- Art: 11. Indien een medische diagnose, erg twijfelachtig zou blijken te zijn, of wij bewezen fouten of misbruiken zouden ontdekken, zullen wij de betrokken medici hiervan eerst op de hoogte brengen, of de orde van geneesheren hiervan zo gauw als mogelijk op de hoogte brengen.
- Art: 12. Zo voeren wij in geen énkel opzicht, enige medische handeling uit, tenzij iemand daar een wettelijke toelating, verplichting, of wettelijk erkend diploma voor heeft.
